摘  要:研究了KBr-乙醇-(NH4)2SO4水体系析相萃取分离和富集铱的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,(NH4)2SO4能使乙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Ir(Ⅳ)与KBr生成的IrBr62-与质子化乙醇(C2H5OH2+)形成的缔合物[IrBr62-][C2H5OH2+]2能被乙醇相完全萃取。当乙醇、KBr和(NH4)2SO4分别为体积分数30%、4.0×10-3mol/L、0.3 g/mL。pH3时,Ir(Ⅳ)的萃取率达到99.5%以上,Ga(Ⅲ),Al(Ⅲ),Cr(Ⅲ),Mo(Ⅵ),Fe(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),V(Ⅴ),Ag(Ⅰ),Ru(Ⅲ)和Rh(Ⅲ)基本不被萃取,实现了Ir(Ⅳ)与上述金属离子的分离。The behavior and conditions of extraction separation and concentration of iridium from other metal ions in ethanol-potassium bmmide-armnonium sulphate system were studied. The results showed that the ethanol-water solution could be well divided into two phases with the action of ammonium sulphate. C2H5 OH2^ + is associated with [IrBr6^2- ] (form the combination of Ir( IV ) and potassium bromide) to form a complex [ IrBr6^2- ] [C2H5 OH2^+ ]2 which could be completely extracted during this process, and Ir ( IV ) could be quantitatively separated from Ga ( III ), AI (III ), Cr(m), Mo(VI), Fe(III), Ni(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Mn(II), V(V), Ag(I), Ru(III) and Rh(III) byextraction. The extraction efficiency of Ir( IV ) is higher than 99.5 % when the concentrations of ethanol, potassium bromide and ammonium sulphate in solution (pH 3) are 30% (V/V^-1), 4.0× 10^-3 mol/L and 0.3 g/mL, respectively.
