摘 要:开发了一种从污泥中提取腐殖酸的方法,用于生产液态腐殖酸肥料。用0.2mol/L的NaOH溶液溶解脱水污泥;缓慢搅拌24h后,离心分离;用截留相对分子质量1000的无机超滤膜,提取上清液中的腐殖酸;残余污泥中和后,调理脱水。测量污泥中溶出的有机质、溶出液中的腐殖酸含量。结果表明:溶出液浓缩20倍后,满足液态肥对腐殖酸和重金属的质量分数要求;透过液残留占进料NaOH的80%。该方法可使污泥质量分数减少55%,含水率从80%降至70%;获得的腐殖酸浓缩液可用于生产多种复合肥。A method was developed to produce liquid humic fertilizer from dewatered,activated sludge.The sludge was dissolved with 0.2 mol/L NaOH,stirred slowly for 24 h,and then centrifuged.The supernatant was separated through an inorganic ultrafiltration membrane with a relative molecular mass cutoff of 1 000.The residual sludge was dewatered after neutralization.46% of the organic substances in the sludge were dissolved,with humic acid accounting for 28% of the mass.After being concentrated 20 fold,the solution meets the standard humic acid and heavy metal requirements for liquid fertilizers.The permeated solution contains about 80% of the NaOH feeding.The method reduces the sludge by a mass ratio of 55%,and reduces the sludge water mass content from 80% to 70%.The resulting concentrated humic solution can be used for producing complex fertilizers.
