摘　　要：在ＮａＡＣ－ＨＡＣ体系中，在－０．３５Ｖ（ＶＳＳＣＥ）附近有一良好的二阶导数还原峰。在５．０×１０－７～１．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内峰电流与大黄酸含量有很好的线性关系，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９８，检出限为５．０×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。A linear scan polarography was studied for the determination of Rhein.There was a better second derivative reducing peak at about -0.35 V(vs SCE) in the NaAC HAC solution.The height of the peak was linearly increased with the concentration of Rhein over the range of 5.0×10 -7 ～1.0×10 -5 mol/L( r =0.9998).The detection limit was 5.0×10 -8 mol/L.
