摘　　要：传统的基于关键字匹配的信息检索技术由于误检和漏检问题,已经不能满足用户检索要求。本文利用框架语义学原理构建了法律框架网络本体,设计并实现了一个法律框架网络本体管理系统,旨在实现对本体管理和为未来将本体知识应用于信息检索以提高检索效率准备条件。The traditional information retrieval technique which is based on key words matching has been incapable of meeting with the users＇ requirement as it always misses the infromation that users want or returns some information that users don＇ t want. Taking the principle of frame semantics, this paper constructs a Chinese law frame network ontology and develops a management system in order to manage the ontology and lay the foundation for applying ontology in information retrieval to improve retrieval efficiency in the future work.
