摘　　要：开放存取具有文献可以通过公共互联网自由免费获取的特点,因此必然会对高校图书馆的外文期刊工作产生越来越大的影响。本文分析了开放存取期刊对高校图书馆外刊资源建设及外刊服务方式与手段的影响,并提出了充分利用开放存取资源的相关措施。With the features of free access to literatures by Internet,open access brings great influence on the work of foreign periodicals in the university library.The effects of open access journals on the construction and service of foreign periodicals resource of the university library are analyzed in the paper.And some suggestions and measures are given to take full advantage of open access resource.
