摘　　要：职工体育的本质在于国家机关和企事业单位的组织作用。文章通过对改革开放之前、计划经济体制下和市场经济体制下这三个历史时期职工体育发展的回顾,得出结论:职工体育在这30年的发展过程中,最终走上了一条适合我国国情和体育发展的社会化、科学化、法制化和多样化的道路。First of all, we must be clear that the organs and enterprises in organizing role is the concept of employee sports. Secondly, prior to the adoption of reform and opening - up, under the planned economic system and market economy of these three historical periods Review of sports development workers, we believe that unions sports ultimately embarked on the road in the social and scientific, the rule of law and the diversification which is suitable condition of our country and development of staff sports, in the process of three decades of reform and opening up in China.
