摘　　要：伴随着中国改革开放的进程,中国能源政策的研究、法规的制订和实施,走过了一条逐渐系统化、规范化、合理化的发展道路。从上世纪80年代至今,能源界的专家学者,始终立足国情,紧紧把握"能源为经济建设服务、为可持续发展服务"的主题,为政府决策部门献言献策,贡献专长,为国家能源政策的实施和完善发挥了重要作用,有力地保障了国家经济持续、健康发展。回顾并评价了近30年来与中国能源政策研究有关的几个重大事件,特别提到中国能源研究会的成立背景,以及近30年来该会在中国能源政策研究方面发挥的作用、取得的成效。同时,对21世纪以来的中国能源形势作了点评,对正在编制的国家"十二五"能源规划的政策特点进行了介绍。Along with the deepening of reform and opening-up,China has gradually tem for researching energy policies and formulating and enforcing energy regulati established a standardized sysons.Since the 1980s,domestic energy specialists and scholars have contributed lots of ideas and suggestions for the policy making of the government based on the country＇s specifics and in line with the principle of ＂developing energy to promote economic growth and sustainable development＂.These ideas have played a key role in helping implement and perfect the country＇s energy policies and ensuring the sustained and healthy growth of the national economy. This article reviews the significant events happening over the past 30 years relating to energy policies with a special focus on the background to the establishment of China Energy Research Society and the role and achievements of the institute in the research of Chinese energy policies.The article also reviews the energy supply situation in China in the new century and analyzes the characteristics,at the policy level,of the energy plans the government is making for the Twelfth Five Year Plan.
