摘  要:日本是最早开展二甲醚(DME)应用技术研究和相关政策制订的国家之一。早在2001年就提出发展DME汽车的战略计划,并制定了四个阶段的实施步骤。在2007年日本修订的能源计划中,更增添了加快DME汽车的应用研究、扩大DME在工业和民用液化石油气(LPG)中掺烧的应用,从而加快了低成本的DME的生产装置、物流基础设施等一揽子开发进程。到目前为止,在DME与LPG混合燃料、DME作柴油卡车替代燃料、DME重整制氢用于燃料电池,以及DME作脱水剂和化学原料的开发应用等方面,日本都走在了世界的前列。中国已成为全球最大的DME生产国,2008年,国内二甲醚的产能和产量分别达到580×104t/a和185×104t,其产能已占到世界DME总产能的90%以上,但国内二甲醚的应用技术研究工作相对滞后。国内90%以上的二甲醚的应用领域仍集中在与液化石油气掺混方面,在替代柴油卡车的燃料方面的研究工作仍处于起步阶段。日本的做法及经验值得参考。Japan was one of the first countries to research dimethyl ether(DME) application technologies and to impose policies for the use of the fuel in the world.As early as 2001 ,the country announced its strategy to develop DME-fueled vehicles as well as a four-stage implementation plan.In 2007 when modifying its en- ergy plan ,Japan added to the plan the content of accelerating the research on the use of DME vehicles and expanding the use of DME as a blending component in industrial and residential LPG,giving a boost to the development of low-cost DME production units and DME logistics infrastructure.Japan is now a world leader in the production of DME-LPG blended fuel,truck-use DME fuel and fuel cell-use hydrogen made from DME using the reforming method and DME applications as dehydrating agent and chemical feedstock.China is now the world's biggest DME producer.In 2008,China's DME production capacity and output reached 580× 10^4t/a and 185×10^4t respectively.Although Chinese DME production capacity currently accounts for over 90% of the world's total,China falls short of research on DME application technologies.Over 90% of DME in China is used to blend with LPG and the research on the use of DME in trucks as an alternative to diesel fuel is still in the early stage.China can draw on Japan's practice and experience in utilizing DME
