摘 要:针对聚酯热媒炉在运行中炉顶温度不稳定、烧嘴砖结焦严重、排烟温度偏高且上升偏快、干冰清灰后运行周期短、火焰燃烧状况不理想等问题,对内混式渣油喷嘴在不同试验工况下的雾化粒径进行测量,同时获得了在相应状态下的流量特性。根据试验数据,反推得到内混式气液喷嘴在气液两相共存、相互作用的情况下,液路的流量系数在0.34~0.4之间。改变进水和进汽方式以及在0.1~0.2MPa范围内提高汽压和油压的压差,可使雾化效果得到改善。通过采取改变燃油和雾化蒸汽进入方式、将喷头混合孔雾化锥角由90°改为60°、加装压差调节器、减底渣油预热温度大于165℃等措施,解决了生产中结焦、冒黑烟等问题,提高了加热炉运行质量和热效率。To resolve the problems common to polyester heaters such as unstable temperatures at the top of the heater,serious coke deposit on burner block,excessively high and fast-rising exhaust temperature,short operation cycle after dry ice cleaning and unsatisfactory combustion,technicians at Sinopec Tianjin Company measured the sizes of atomized particles from an internally mixing-type residual oil atomizer working under different test conditions and acquired the flow characteristics of the atomizer under the corresponding conditions.Based on the data acquired from the experiments,these technicians determined ,through reverse deduction,thatthe flow coefficients of the liquid streams through the internally-mixing-type gas-liquid atomizer range from 0.34-0.4 when both the gaseous and liquid phases exist and interact with each other.The atomization effect can be improved by changing the mode of water and steam steam pressure and the oil pressure within the pressure and smoke emission can be resolved by changing the range mode feeding and raising the differential between the of 0.1-0.2MPa.Problems such as coke deposit of injecting fuel and atomized steam,reducing the atomization cone angle of the mixing hole of the atomizer to 60°from 90° ,installing a pressure differential regulator and raising the pre-heating temperature of residual oil to above 165℃.These measures can help improve the performance and thermal efficiency of the heater.
