摘  要:采用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)扩增技术,体外扩增SMV-Sc株系的外壳蛋白基因并进行部分测序.结果表明:所测5′端150个核苷酸序列同已发表的SMV-BJ(北京分离物)、Sa株系同源率分别为95%和93%,3′端非编码区同BJ株系同源率为84%.Cloning and partial sequencing of CP gene of SMV-Sc strain were completed with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. The nucleotide sequence of 3′-non-coding region of the CP gene and its 5′-terminal region were determined. The result showed that the homologies of 5′-terminal region between the Sc-strain and the Sa or BJ strain of SMV were 93.3% and 95.8%,respectively. Aligments of the 3′-non-coding sequence in pair with the SMV-BJ strain showed homology of 84%.
