大豆花叶病毒Sc株系外壳蛋白基因的部分序列分析

摘　　要：采用多聚酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）扩增技术，体外扩增ＳＭＶ－Ｓｃ株系的外壳蛋白基因并进行部分测序．结果表明：所测５′端１５０个核苷酸序列同已发表的ＳＭＶ－ＢＪ（北京分离物）、Ｓａ株系同源率分别为９５％和９３％，３′端非编码区同ＢＪ株系同源率为８４％．Cloning and partial sequencing of CP gene of SMV-Sc strain were completed with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. The nucleotide sequence of 3′-non-coding region of the CP gene and its 5′-terminal region were determined. The result showed that the homologies of 5′-terminal region between the Sc-strain and the Sa or BJ strain of SMV were 93.3% and 95.8%,respectively. Aligments of the 3′-non-coding sequence in pair with the SMV-BJ strain showed homology of 84%.
