摘　　要：设计了一台大中型数控切割加工机床实验示教装置。该实验示教装置的设计运用了插管型滚珠丝杆和滚柱导轨块,以便和生产中应用的大中型数控切割加工机床相一致。介绍了该实验示教装置的工作原理、总体布局和结构,并详细讨论了该实验示教装置的结构设计和分析计算。A design of training experiment device of CNC machine tool for flame cutting is discussed. This apparatus uses the tubetype ball screw and the roller guidance in order to keep agree with actuality. In this paper, the working principle and the overall layout of the device are proposed, and the structure design and analysis computation are discussed finally.
