环塔里木经济圈农业产业化发展现状及政策建议

摘　　要：环塔里木经济圈,地处新疆南部,与五个国家接壤,是我国一个多民族聚居地区,经济比较落后,但战略地位十分重要。加快本区域经济发展,是反对"三股势力"、稳定边疆、加强民族团结、维护祖国统一的战略性举措。本文以科学发展观为指导,运用相关的经济理论,对本区域农业产业化发展进行了深入分析,提出了该区域农业产业化发展思路和发展战略,并提出若干政策建议,以促进本区域农业产业化健康发展,促进民族地区经济社会的全面快速发展。Economic circle rounding Tarim which is located in southern Xinjiang and bordered with other five countries is a multination- living region in China. Although it＇s economy is relatively falling behind, it＇s strategic position is very important. Fasting the economy development in this region is the strategic action to fight against ＂three strength＂, stabilize border area, strengthen union of different minorities and keep China unit. Instructed by scientific development theory and using related economic theory, to protnote agricultural industrialization develop healthily in this region and to promote the economy society develop fast and wholly it＇s minority region, this paper puts out some policy suggestions and the way and strategy to develop for agricultural industrialization in this region.
