摘 要:本文综述了化学指纹图谱、生物指纹图谱及代谢指纹图谱在中药质量控制研究中的应用。化学指纹图谱已经发展比较成熟,并广泛应用于中药及其制剂的定性、定量研究中;生物指纹图谱和代谢指纹图谱与中药的药效活性相关,其发展尚处于起步阶段,但已经越来越受到人们的重视;建立从原料、中间体到制剂的包括化学与药效学信息的多维多息指纹图谱已经成为解决中药目前"信任危机"最有效的手段。The application of the chemical fingerprint, biological biometric fingerprint and metabolic fingerprint in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine research is reviewed in this paper. Among these, chemical fingerprint has been well developed and widely used in qualitative and quantitative research of Chinese medicine and its preparations. Biological fingerprint and metabolic fingerprint are related to the activities of traditional Chinese medicine. Although its development is still in the initial stage, it has gained increasing at- tention. Currently, it is necessary to establish the multi-dimensional and multi-rate information fingerprint from the raw materials ,intermediates to the preparation including chemical and pharmacodynamic information. And it has become an effective solution to the current "crisis of confidence" in traditional Chinese medicine.
