红旱莲总黄酮的含量分析

摘　　要：目的测定红旱莲中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法于410 m处测定红旱莲中总黄酮的含量。结果红旱莲总黄酮含量为2.75%,芦丁在12.688-76.128 mg·L^-1（r=0.9999）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.38%。结论该测定方法简便易行,准确可靠,可作为红旱莲总黄酮质量控制的方法。Aim To determine the content of total flavonoids in Hypericum ascyron L. Methods Rutin was used as a standard compound, the total flavonoids in Hypericum ascyron L. was quantitated by measurement of absorbance at 410 nm. Results The content of total flavonoids in Hypericum ascyron L. was 2.75%. The linearity was obtained over the range between 12. 688 and 76. 128 mg ·L^-1 （r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 97.38%. Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable. It can be used as a quality control method of total flavonoids in Hypericum ascyron L.
