高压氧治疗足毁损伤60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧治疗足毁损伤的治疗效果。方法对60例患者随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组,进行疗效对比分析观察。结果高压氧治疗后患者临床症状改善的总有效率为86.84%,与对照组(63.64%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论损伤早期高压氧综合治疗足毁损伤可提高疗效。Aim To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on foot impairment. Methods 60 patients with foot impairment were randomly divided into two groups ：38 cases were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and 22 cases were treated by control. The clinical therapeutic effects were tested and analyzed. Results The clinical symptoms were improved. The total effective rate in the HBO treatment group was 86.84% while that in the control group was 63.64%. The difference between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The HBO has significant therapeutic effects on foot impairment. The HBO added comprehensive therapy on foot impairment can be seen obviously effective in early.
