摘　　要：目的探讨头孢曲松钠不良反应发生的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对淮北市ADR监测中心2005年1月~2009年7月上报的因使用头孢曲松钠出现的165例不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果头孢曲松钠所致不良反应主要为皮肤及附件损害（61.21%）、胃肠系统损害（19.39%）、全身性损害（11.52%）。结论应加强对头孢曲松钠不良反应的监测,注意过敏性休克,促进药品的合理应用。Aim To discuss the characteristics and the correlation factors to adverse drug reaction of spore qusum sodium, so as to provide the reference for the clinical reasonable medication. Methods Statistics and analy is were made of 165 cases of adverse drug reaction of spore qusum sodium which were collected by the Huaibei ADR Center from January 2005 to July 2009 through retrospective research. Results Adverse drug reactions of spore qusum sodium were mainly skin and appendix harm （61.21%）, stomach and intestines system harm （ 19.39% ）, body-wide harm （ 11.52% ）. Conclusion It was very necessary to strengthen the monitoring on adverse drug reaction of spore Qusum sodium and pay attention to allergic shock to promote drugs reasonable application.
