摘 要:近年来,关于NdFeB永磁材料吸氢性能已有大量的研究,发展了氢破碎工艺,并已在NdFeB磁体工业化生产中广泛的应用。然而对于2:17型SmCo永磁材料,因其与氢气的反应机理比较复杂的,吸氢性能的研究有限。前人的研究结果表明:重稀土元素的掺杂可以大幅度降低2:17型SmCo磁体的温度系数。但是重稀土元素掺杂对于2:17型SmCo合金的吸氢能力研究很少。本文研究重稀土Dy和Gd掺杂对于2:17型SmCo合金的吸氢性能的影响。In recent years,many studies are focused on the hydrogen incorporation in NdFeB permanent magnetic materials,and develop the advanced "hydrogen broken" technology,which has been successfully applied in production of NdFeB magnet in industry.However,as for the SmCo 2:17 type magnet,the related studies on hydrogen incorporation in permanent magnet is very limited due to the complicated mechanism of reaction between hydrogen and SmCo 2:17 type magnet.Previous studies showed that the temperature coefficient obviously decreases with increasing the content of heavy rare earth element doping in magnet. But the investigation on the ability of the hydrogen incorporation in magnet is very limited. In this paper, the effect of heavy rare earth dopants on hydrogen incorporation in SmCo 2:17 type magnet is reported.
