摘 要:理论上,压力容器优化设计变量可以取任意实数值,但从制造工艺的角度却很难保证,导致势必对优化结果进行圆整而引起解的质量的恶化,直接对离散变量优化模型进行求解可以避免此类问题。LINGO优化软件内置建模语言,提供几十个内部函数,能用简洁的语句表示并快速求解离散的和连续的优化模型。用LINGO对一压力容器进行优化设计使其壳体的耗材体积减少了约7%,表明LINGO应用于压力容器的优化设计是可行的。The designing variables for optimum design for pressure vessel are continuous theoretically, but they are unavailable for technical purples and the results certainly will be metamorphic after steps of rounding. Solve the optimum model of diserete variables directly ean avoid this problem. LINGO is a software for optimization, w-hich is set with modeling language internally, it provide several inner fimctions and it is able to program and solve a model briefly and quiekly. An application of LINGO to pressure vessel optimum design decreases the consumption of materials by 7%, which shows that it is feasible to apply LINGO to the optimum design for pressure vessels.
