摘 要:目的:考察Ryff心理幸福感量表在河北省中学教师的试用情况。方法:采用SPSS13.0和AMOS5.0对河北省12所中学506名中学教师的调查数据进行分析。结果:从内容上看该量表比较适合中学教师这一群体的心理健康的测量。研究表明,该量表的内部一致性比较好,Cronbach’sAlpha=0.95;该量表的分半信度系数及其各维度的信度系数均符合测量学的要求;探索性因素分析表明,各个因子的项目分布与原量表的项目分布有一定的差距;验证性因素分析表明,该量表构想效度不够理想;河北省中学教师心理幸福感总均得分为347.49。结论:要提高该量表在我国中学教师中使用的科学性需要进一步修订,河北省中学教师心理幸福感总体水平较高。The study has examined the situations of applying Ryff Psychological Well - being Scales to middle school teachers of Hebei Province. Methods: Data was collected from 506 middle school teachers from Hebei Province and was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and AMOS 5.0 program . Results :The scales were fit for the measuring the psychology, healthy of the middle school teachers in the contents, The study had proved that the inside coherence of the scales is better; the Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of the scales and the Spht- half coefficients had achieved the nced of Measure ; EFA indicates that the items distributing had some difference to the original scales; CFA indicates that the structural validity of the scale is riot ideal;The score of middle school teachers' psychology well - being is 347.49. Conclusion:In order to improve the scientifi quality of Ryff Psychological Well- being Scales , we should edit it in the future work;The score of middle school teachers' psyehology well- being is relatively high.
