摘　　要：劳动价值论，是马克思主义政治经济学体系形成的重要的理论基础；均衡价格理论，是当代西方经济学的基础理论和核心内容之一。通过均衡价格理论与马克思劳动价值理论的区别和联系的比较分析，在坚持马克思劳动价值论的基础上，吸收马歇尔对需求曲线和供给曲线分析中的合理成分，实现马克思的劳动价值论和马歇尔的均衡价格理论的融合，形成建立在劳动价值论基础上的均衡价格理论，对于马克思的劳动价值论的丰富和发展，具有重要意义。The work theory of value,is the important rationale whieh the Marxism political economy system forms; The balanced price theory, is the contemporary West economic basic theory and one of core contents, Through the balanced price theory and the Marx labor theory of value difference and the relation comparative analysis,in persisted Marx works in the theory of value foundation,absorbs Marshall to the demand curve and in the supplies curve analysis reasonable ingredient,realizes Marx＇s work theory of value and Marshall＇s balanced price theory fusion,forms the establishment in the work theory of value foundation balanced price theory, regarding Marx＇s work theory of value rich and development, has the vital significance.
