摘　　要：1949-2009年新中国60年的经济发展史，从经济体制运行看，可划分为改革开放前后两个阶段，前30年实行社会主义高度集中的计划经济体制，后30年则逐步向社会主义市场经济体制转变，而两种体制的选择和变迁都是适合各个时期中国国情的合理选择。1949-2009 year new Chinese 60 year economical histories,looking from the economic system movement that,may divide into the reform and open policy around two stages, previous 30 years implement the socialism high degree of concentration the planned economy system, then the latter 30 years transform gradually to the socialist market economy system, hut two system choices and the vicissitude all are suit each time China national condition the reasonable choice.
