摘　　要：本文采用理论与实证相结合的方法，首先简单介绍主成份分析方法，然后运用主成分分析法建立新的上市公司财务绩效评价模型，以此对山西上市公司进行评价和排序。并得出科学的结论。This article uses the method which the theory and the real diagnosis unify, first is simple introduced the host ingredi ent analysis method, then establishes the new to be listed finance achievements appraisal model using the principal components ana lytic method, carries on the appraisal and sorting by this to the Shanxi to be listed. And obtains the science the conclusion.
