摘 要:聚(3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩)(PEDOT)以其独特的热稳定性和较高的电导率而引起了广泛关注。首次系统研究了导电PEDOT的热电性能,主要包括电导率、Seebeck系数和热导率,详细比较了化学和电化学方法制备的PEDOT样品在热电性能上的差异。结果表明PEDOT的热电优值最大可以达到1.87×10-3(T=270K),且在相同条件下,PEDOT的热电性能要高出其它有机高分子材料大概一个数量级,而且PE-DOT的热电性能依然存在较大的提高潜力。Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) is one of the pioneers in the field of applied CPs, which has attracted significant attention owing to its advantages of good environmental stability and high electrical conductivity. The TE performance of PEDOT was systematically investigated in the wide temperature range, mainly including electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity. The differences of each samples PEDOT prepared by chemical and electrochemical methods were discussed in detail. The electrical conductivity of PEDOT which were prepared by different methods exhibited remarkable difference. The sample obtained by chemical oxidation in 20℃ had the highest electrical conductivity about 30S/cm (300K). The highest TE figure of merit was observed about 1.87× 10^-3 at 270K by chemical oxidation, which was higher than those of polyaniline by one order of magnitude. Moreover, there is still more potential to improve as thermoelectric materials for PEDOT, due to the high electrical conductivity of 300-600S/cm, and Seebeck coefficient as high as 600uV/K of organic materials.
