摘 要:研究了GH4145合金的抗拉强度、弹性模量、扭转试验、弯曲试验、缠绕试验等,分析了合金元素、热处理工艺对弹性性能的影响。GH4145合金经过变形加时效处理,抗拉强度Rm达到1650MPa。扭转次数达到正负各3圈,弯曲次数达到7次,时效态绕簧缠绕7圈不发生折叠、起刺、裂纹等缺陷。GH4145 alloy's properity include tensile strength, elastic modulus, torsion-test, bending test, winding test are studied, while alloy elements and heat treatment process affecting elastic properties are researched. The tensile strength, the same as Rm can reach 1650MPa, as soon as aging treatment after deforming, besides, the alloys are of many excellent properties for example many as three cycles torsion both positive and negative,many as seven bending,many as seven coil winding in aging state not cause folding, veining defect, cracking and so on.
