摘　　要：时标周期是检测仪器的重要参数,它涉及到标准要求,测量精度和仪器成本等因素。时标周期越小,计数器的位数越长,成本越高;时标周期也不能太大,否则会使仪器的分辨力太差。Time mark cycle is an important parameter of the measuring instrument, involving many factors, such as standard requirements,measuring accuracy,instrument cost,etc. The smaller the time mark cycle,the longer the digit of the counter and the higher the cost will be;the time mark cycle should not be too big,whiel otherwise would cause a worse resolution ratio.
