摘  要:介绍了泰安抽水蓄能电站上水库HDPE土工膜防渗方案的设计过程和施工方法,包括防渗层材料的选择,防渗层、下支持层、上保护层设计,土工膜周边连接方案,土工膜施工焊接工艺和无损质量检测方法等方面取得的成果。实践表明,土工膜防渗技术在泰安抽水蓄能电站的应用是成功的,水库已安全运行4年,库水外渗水量很小,库底最大总渗漏量仅为3.89L/s,上水库总渗漏量仅为总库容的万分之三,防渗效果很好,节省投资3200万元,缩短施工工期4—6个月,为我国大型水电工程土工膜防渗技术的应用积累了经验。The design process and construction method of the geomembrane HDPE for seepage control of the upper reservoir of the Tai'an pumped storage power station are introduced, including the material choices; the design of the seepage resistance layer, underlying supportive layer and overlying protective layer; the peripheral connection of the geomembrane; and the non-destructive quality detection method. The application of geomembrane in the seepage control technique for the Tai'an pumped storage power station has been successful. The reservoir has already operated safely for 4 years. The seepage volume is very small, and the maximal seepage volume of the reservoir bottom is only 3.89 L/s. The antl-seepage effect is satisfactory and the total seepage volume of the upper reservoir is only one ten-thousandth of the total storage capacity. The investment has been reduced by 32 million yuan and the construction time reduced by 4-6 months, providing a positive experience of application of geomembrane in seepage control for large hydropewer projects in China.
