摘 要:目的:建立简便准确的测定三维肌醇片中肌醇含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD方法进行测定,色谱柱为UltimateTMXB-NH(24.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(70∶30),流速0.8mL.min-1,漂移管温度100℃,雾化气流速度2.5L.min-1。结果:肌醇在0.1016~1.016mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率102.32%,RSD=1.41%,样品中其他成分不干扰测定。结论:本方法简便可靠,可用于复方制剂中肌醇含量的质量控制。Objective: To establish a simple and accurate method for the content determination of inositol in trivitamins and inositol tablets. Methods: The assay was performed by HPLC-ELSD method. An UltimateTM XB-NH2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used for separation. Acetonitrile-water (70 : 30) was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. The temperature of drift tube was 100 ℃, and the speed of atomizing flow was 2.5 L·min^-1. Results: Under the above described chromatographic conditions, the linear ranges of inositol was 0.101 6 - 1.016 mg· mL^-1 (r = 0.999 7), and the mean recovery rate was 102.32% (RSD = 1.41%). The other ingredients in the sample showed no interference for the determination of inositol. Conclusion: The assay method is simple and accurate for the quality control of inositol in compound preparations.
