摘　　要：目的:提高大型综合医院药库管理效率,提升药库日常工作质量,推进信息化进程。方法:根据现代物流理论,优化药库日常工作流程,设计开发医院与供应商信息双向互动平台。结果:该平台的开发使用,提高了工作效率,提高数据质量,方便了对供应商的考核。结论:信息双向互动平台提高了数据收集能力,实现了过程的实时跟踪,避免了人工录入产生的错误,增强了库房管理过程的可控性及可靠性。Objective： To improve administrant efficiency and quality of routine work of drug storehouse in large general hospital, and promote informationization process. Methods： The work procedure in drug storehouse was optimized and the information bidirectional interactive platform between hospital and suppliers was designed according to the theory of modern logistics. Results： The development and application of information platform could improve the work efficiency and data quality, and it became more convenient for drug storehouse to evaluate the performance of suppliers. Conclusion： The information bidirectional interactive platform can improve the capability of data collection, realize the real-time tracking of working process, avoid the errors by manual data input and strengthen the controllability and reliability of administrant process in storehouse.
