摘　　要：通过回顾性总结到美国医院的学习体会,简要介绍美国大型医院门诊病历管理方面的经验,这种形式为病人诊疗、医生工作带来的快捷、方便,如保证病人病史的系统、完整,便于查找,节省医生时间,有助于医学发展,保障病人的合法权益等,以期引起国内医院管理者对门诊病历管理的高度重视。By reviewing my clinical observation and study in several medical training hospitals in America for more than one year, this paper introduces advanced manage system of outpatient medical records which are worth to study and reference. These medical records characterized with systematical and standardized form of strict professional standards are effective and efficient for doctors and patients both. The aim is to raise more attention from the hospital management level to the outpatient medical record management.
