摘  要:采用负载钛催化体系催化1-丁烯聚合合成高全同含量聚1-丁烯(iPB),对实验室合成的全同质量分数为98%、熔体流动速率为0.4 g/10min的iPB及其加入成核剂后的iPB进行了各种性能测试。结果表明,纯iPB的结晶性能、力学性能要稍逊于比较产品;加入成核剂后的iPB的结晶性能、力学性能要优于比较产品。The high isotactic poly(1-butene) was synthesizing with supporting titanium catalyst system. The various performance of poly(1-butene) synthesized in the laboratory with 98% isotactic content and 0. 4 g/10min melt flow index as well as the poly(1-butene) with nucleating agent was measured. The results show that the crystallization and mechanical properties of the pure poly(1-butene) are inferior to the comparative products but those properties of the poly (1-butene) with nucleation agent are superior to the comparative products.
