摘 要:应用Bohlin高级流变仪,在温度190~290℃及剪切速率10^(-3)~10~2 s^(-1)试验条件下测量聚丙烯(PP)熔体、聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)及其共混物熔体的剪切粘度。研究发现,PP和FEP/PP共混物熔体剪切粘度对温度的依赖性均符合Arrehnius方程。在剪切速率极低的范围内,PP熔体的剪切粘度对剪切速率的变化不敏感,而FEP/PP共混物熔体则具有明显的剪切变稀特性。当PP的质量分数(w_(pp))不大于10%时,FEP/PP共混物熔体的剪切粘度随着PP含量的增加而大幅度下降;随着w_(pp)的进一步增加,剪切粘度基本上随着w_(pp)的增加而线性缓慢下降。The melt shear viscosity of PP and FEP/PP blends was measured by using a Bohlin advanced rheometer under experimental conditions with temperature range from 190 ℃ to 290 ℃ and the shear rate varying from 10^-2 to 10^2 s^-1. The results show that the dependence of the melt shear viscosity of PP and FEP/PP blends on temperature is in keeping with Arrehnius equation. The sensitivity of the melt shear viscosity for PP to shear rate change is not obvious while the melt shear viscosity for FEP has obvious shear thinning property within quite low shear rate. When the mass fraction of PP (ωpp) is less than 10 %, the melt shear viscosity of FEP blends quickly decrease, and then it decrease slightly linearly with an increase of ωpp.
