摘  要:提出了一种新型便携式多通道超声波自动探伤系统。该系统以ARM平台和FPGA子系统为核心,构成数字信号处理部分的总体框架,以可控增益运放三级级联和高速ADC采样为核心,实现宽带、高增益和高速数据采集子系统。将传统的超声波检测技术与先进的数字信号处理、嵌入式Linux操作系统等技术相结合,满足了超声波自动探伤中高重复频率和硬件实时报警等关键性能指标的要求,并且提供了友好的人机交互环境。A new portable multi-channel automatic ultrasonic inspection system was presented. In the system, overall construction of the digital signal processing part was based on ARM platform and FPGA subsystem, and data acquisition subsystem with wide band, high gain and high speed was implemented by three gain-controlled cascaded amplifiers and high-speed ADC sampling. Combining traditional ultrasonic testing technology with some advanced technologies, such as digital signal processing, embedded Linux operation system, could meet the requirements of some key performance indexes of automatic ultrasonic inspection, such as high repetition frequency, hardware real-time alarm, and provide a very friendly man-machine interface.
