摘 要:根据共模抑制原理,基于一种单基多电极石英晶体谐振器的结构,设计了一种新型的信号处理电路,这种电路将同一晶体基片上不同位置的谐振器对应的谐振频率作混频处理,然后采用差频、求和,最后倍频输出的方式输出,描述了各部分电路的设计。在分析石英谐振器的能限理论及力-频特性的基础上,用此方案设计的电路进行AT切同基三电极石英谐振器的力-频特性实验,记录了不同加力方式下的力-频特性,结果显示这种电路优化了力-频系数,线性度良好。在一定的加力方式下,经求和电路处理后的力-频系数可达139.72Hz/N。According to a kind of structure of same-base multi-electrode quartz resonator and the common- mode rejection theory, a new circuit design scheme is presented. Three base frequency signals are firstly outputted when different places resonator is vibrated synchronously, and then are sent to mixer, after difference frequency signals are obtained, signals are sent to mixer again, sum frequency signals are obtained through high-pass filter. At last, multiple frequency signals are outputted. Design of each circuit is presented. On the base of analysis of force-frequency characteristic and energy trap theory of quartz resonator,force-frequency characteristic experiments of AT cut same-base three-electrode quartz resonator are performed by using the new circuit scheme, and force-frequency characteristic is recorded when force is added in different direction. The results indicate that force-frequency conversion coefficients are optimized, and linear correlation coefficients are rarely changed. When force is added along a certain direction, force-frequency conversion coefficient is 139.72 Hz/N after sum circuit's processing.
