摘  要:随着节能减排工作的不断深入,电力行业取得了显著的节能减排效果。2008年,电力行业通过关停小火电机组、发展可再生能源、推广应用新技术、提高电网输送能力、拓展交易方式、提升管理水平等措施不断优化电力工业结构,节能效果明显。全年实现节约化石能源约4524万tce,相应减少CO2排放约11115万t,减少SO2排放约75.4万t,减少NOx排放约70.2万t。Along with the advancement of the works for energy conservation and emission reduction, noticeable achievements have been made in this aspect in electric power sector. In 2008, the electric power sector constantly optimized the industrial structures through shutting down the small-scale thermal generating units, developing renewable energy, promoting the application of new technologies, improving the grid transmission ability, developing the trading methods and managerial levels, and obvious energy conservation results were thus obtained. As a result, a total of 45.24 million tce of fossil energy conservation was achieved in the whole year, equivalent to a reduction of around 111 150, 754 and 702 thousand tons of CO2, SO2 and NOx emissions, respectively.
