摘　　要：综述了傅里叶变换红外光谱在检测硼碳氮亚稳态材料中的应用,对常见的特征峰、分析方法和容易出现的问题进行了讨论,提出了分析硼碳氮亚稳态材料的红外光谱的常用手段(引述文献24篇)。A review on the progress of application of KT-IRS to the analysis of B-CN metastable materials, relating especially to the principle of FT-IRS, the common characteristic peaks, analytical methods and problems commonly encountered in the analysis. Some conventional measures feasible to be used in the IRS analysis of the D-C-N metastable materials were also given （24 ref. cited）.
