摘　　要：根据监测方案以及连铸机监测系统的基本功能要求,利用西门子PLC从现场采集得到的数据,基于WinCC组态软件,对结晶器激振系统重要的状态参数振幅、振频、浇铸速度、电液伺服阀的给定信号和阀芯位移、油缸位移及其温度和上下腔压力、液压系统压力和流量、油箱温度及液位等信息分别以趋势和数值的方式进行了实时状态监测,为故障诊断提供了依据。According to the monitoring scheme and the basic function requirements of mold monitoring system, the vital data of the hydraulic oscillating instrument were collected by PLC and disposed by WinCC, and the critical state parameters were displayed real-time in numeric or trend on HMI, such as oscillation stroke, oscillation frequency, casting speed, the given signal and the valve core displacement of electro-hydraulic servo valve, the displacement and pressure as well as temperature of cylinder, the pressure and flow of hydraulic system, and etc.
