摘  要:温室内对香蕉穿孔线虫在无植物及其组织土壤中的存活能力进行了观察和测定。结果表明:在8~38℃环境下的潮湿土壤中(湿度为50%~100%),所有供试7个种群至少能存活5个月,多数种群可存活6~9个月,个别种群可存活11个月;种群间在同一种土壤中的存活力有差异,同一种群在基质土和蕉园土中的存活力差异不显著;在存活虫态方面,多数种群雌虫最多、存活时问最长,雄虫次之,幼虫则很少,但也有少数种群的雄虫存活力强于雌虫;在8~38℃环境下的干燥土壤中(湿度为6%~10%),供试的9个种群存活时间不超过20d;各种群在干燥基质土的存活能力强于干燥蕉园土,存活的虫态多数是雌虫,雄虫很少,未见幼虫。In this research, the survival ability of Radopholus sirnilis was tested in soil without any plant tissue in greenhouse. The results showed that all populations tested could survive for 5 months in moist soil(8-38℃) at least. Most populations could survive for 6-9 months, one population survived for 11 months. The survival ability of R. similis were different in the same kind soil among populations, while in the same population the difference of survival ability was not significant between matrix soil and banana cultivation soil. The largest survival rate of R. sirnilis was found among the female, followed by the male,while the the juvenile has the smallest survival rate. At 8-38 ℃ ,in the dry soil,the maximum survival rate of R. similis was also found among the female, followed by the male with little difference, while the larvae all died. male was little, larve was not seen.
