摘  要:教师是种种伦理规范的肉身载体,行为是其外在的表现形式,修行是教师专业行为伦理经常性的存活状态。教师只有通过价值判断、行为之善、个性养成、自觉反思、仪表规范、专业标准、操之以恒、教育服务来修行并养成专业行为伦理,才能实现教师专业行为对人类一般行为的超越。Teachers are the living embodiment of various ethical norms,and their behavior is an outward expression of these norms.Leading a pious life is the normal state of teacher professional behavior and ethics.To lead a pious life and satisfy the standards of professional behavior and ethics,teachers should discriminate between right and wrong,conduct good deeds,cultivate personality,do self-reflection,follow conduct norms and professional standards,persist in self-discipline,and practice teaching service,etc.Only in these ways could teacher professional behavior transcend the level of normality in human beings.
