摘 要:本试验旨在研究生物素对泌乳早期中国荷斯坦奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。选择8头泌乳早期的初产中国荷斯坦奶牛随机分为4组,每组2头,采用4×4重复拉丁方设计。4组中,A组为对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮;B、C和D组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上分别添加20、30和40 mg/d生物素。研究结果表明:1)添加生物素组显著提高奶牛的产奶量,其中B、C和D组奶牛的产奶量比分别比A组高1.69、2.19和1.56 kg/d(P<0.05);2)日粮中生物素的添加提高了乳的乳蛋白率,A、B、C和D组乳蛋白率分别为2.77%、2.96%、2.89%和2.86%,其中,B组较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);3)日粮中添加20、30和40 mg/d生物素组奶牛血糖含量较对照组分别提高5.23(P<0.05)、11.98(P<0.05)和14.71 mg/dL(P<0.01)。40 mg/d生物素组奶牛血清游离脂肪酸含量(196.82μmol/L)较对照组(230.23μmol/L)降低33.41μmol/L(P<0.05),其余各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析得出,本试验条件下,奶牛日粮中添加生物素可提高生产性能和乳品质,以30 mg/d的添加量为宜。To study the effects of biotin on the performance and blood biochemical parameters in early lactating cows, eight primiparous healthy Holstein cows were assigned randomly to four groups with two cows per group according to a replicated 4 ×4 Latin square design . The cows in control group (group A) were fed the basal diet and the cows in other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 (group B), 30 (group C) and 40 mg/d (group D) biotin, respectively. The results showed that: 1) milk yields in groups B, C and D were 1.69, 2.19 and 1.56 kg/d higher than that in the control group, respectively (P〈0.05); 2) milk protein percentage was increased by supplementing botin and milk protein percentage in groups A, B, C and D were 2.77%, 2.96%, 2.89% and 2.86%, respectively. Milk protein percentage in group B was sig- nificantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05) ; 3) compared with control group, the serum glucose concentration in groups B, C and D increased by 5.23 (P〈0.05), 11.98 (P〈0.05)and 14.71 mg/dL (P〈0.01), respectively. The serum free fatty acid concentration in group D (196. 82 μmol/L) decreased by 33. 41 μmol/L than that in control group (230.23 μmol/L, P〈0. 05) and there were no significant differences among the other groups (P〉0. 05). These results in- dicated that dietary biotin supplement could improve the performance and milk quality of Holstein cows and the optimal level was 30 mg/d.
