摘　　要：石膏墙板螺杆挤压机是石膏生产线的关键设备,为了获得足够的挤出量,必须采用溢流加料。由于石膏螺杆挤压机是多螺杆挤出,且要求出料横向纵向均匀,因此必须确立螺杆转速与挤出量的关系。特别是通过变频达到调整转速进而精确控制流量的目的。Gesso wallboard screw extrusion machine is the key parts of gesso product line,to achieve enough extrusion mete,overfill adding method is adopted. Because of adopting several screws extrusion,and requiring coming out mete uniformity at landscape orientation and portrait,the connection of rotate speed and the feeding mete should be established. The aim of adjusting the rotate speed and controlling flux accurately is achieved by frequency conversion.
