摘　　要：分析当前我国农村慢性病防治存在的问题,提出改进策略。认为必须结合我国农村、农民以及基层医疗卫生机构的特点,充分利用当前农村有利资源,从增加投入、转变观念、完善体制、建设机构、配置人员等方面入手,科学规划,灵活处置,制定出既满足社会需求又经济的慢病综合干预策略。Based on the analysis of problems of chronic diseases＇ prevention in current rural areas in china, the thesis raises the improved strategies.The author holds a social and economical strategy which must be combined with characteristics of rural areas,farmers and grass-roots medical and health organizations.lt contains investment-increasing,concept-changing, institution-building,manpower-training and so on.
