摘　　要：家庭干预以孕产妇及其家庭为干预对象,目的在于唤起整个家庭成员的健康意识,从而有效地控制孕产妇及其家庭围生期中的盲目行为。家庭干预适应医学模式发展,可以帮助孕产妇及家庭树立健康理念,提高母婴健康水平;可以拉近医患之间的距离,实现医患之间的有效沟通。在实践中应确定家庭干预的目标、措施;进行家庭干预服务体系建设;加强人员培训,建立和谐医患关系,保证家庭干预工作的顺利进行。Family intervention to pregnant women and their families targets for interventions designed to arouse the whole of the health awareness of family members,so as to effectively control the blind behavior of pregnant women and their families during the perinatal.When family intervention adapt to the development of medical model,can help pregnant women and their families foster the health concept of raise the level of maternal and child health,which can also narrow the distance between doctors and patients and achieve effective communication among them.In practice,should target the goal and method of family intervention,constract the family intervention service system,strengthen personnel training,establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,ensure the family intervention work carried out smoothly.
