摘　　要：和谐医患关系是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。现在不和谐的医患关系和医疗纠纷日益增多,这既有经济状况、医疗技术方面的原因,也有伦理道德和社会制度建设的缺失,更有深层次的法律因素。从法律角度探讨构建和谐医患关系,对医患关系存在的各种问题进行深层次的法律分析。Harmonious relationship between medicine and patient is an important component constructing harmonious society.Bad harmonious relationship between medicine and patient and medical tangle case increase is related not only to financial circumstance and medical technology, morals and the shortcoming of social system but also to legal factor.This article points legal function on constructing the harmonious relationship between medicine and patient and futher analyzes legally relative problems of this relashinship,and proposed to develope medical respansible insurance system in order to promotes the relationship more harmonious.
