摘  要:以锰矿渣为掺合料替代30%水泥配制混凝土,并与基准混凝土和掺加矿渣微粉的混凝土进行了性能对比。试验结果表明,锰矿渣可以改善混凝土的工作性能;锰矿渣混凝土的早期抗压、抗折强度较低,但后期强度发展较明显;锰矿渣混凝土的抗冻、抗渗、收缩等长期耐久性能较基准混凝土稍差。加入某激发剂(代号JS)后的锰矿渣混凝土早期抗压强度和抗折强度接近基准混凝土,且可使锰矿渣混凝土的抗冻、抗渗、收缩等长期耐久性能大大提升(略好于基准混凝土)。Concrete with addition of manganese slag for substitusion of 30% cement has been prepared and which performances are compared with mormal concrete and concrete with adding slag powder. The rezutts show that the manganese slag can improve the workability of concrete, and the early flexural and compressive strength of concrete with manganese slag appears in lower, but in later period the strength can be obviously increased. For the longterm's performances of concrete with mangarese slag, such as frost-resistance, impermeability and shrinkage etc., may be weaker than that of mormal concrete. After activator JS is introduced to this concrete, the early flexural and compressive strength can approach to that of normal concrete. Activator JS may improve the durability of concrete, comsisting of frost-resistance, impermeability and shrinkage etc., and which even can slightly higher than normal concrete.
