摘　　要：为实现大型工件的空中翻转对双梁桥式起重机的设计、制造提出专门要求进行定制。在非标双梁桥式起重机上,增加1台专门用于翻转的行走小车。小车底部通过连接架与下部横梁刚性连接,并在横梁上布置距离可调的2台环链葫芦。在葫芦下面设置翻转装置,通环链葫芦将工件升起并通过翻转装置实现工件空中不同角度的翻转。The paper describes how the turnover mechanism is designed and manufactured for the custom-made double-girder crane. A trolley for turnover is added to the crane, which features that the trolley bottom is rigidly connected with lower transverse beam by the connection frame, and two adjustable distance chain hoist blocks are put on the lower beam, and the turnover mechanism is suspended under the blocks. The work piece can be lifted and turned in different angles by the blocks and the turnover mechanism.
