摘　　要：在上海地铁二号线静安寺车站施工中,由于成功地采用了半逆筑法施工技术和各项方案优化措施,大大降低了工程造价,加快了施工进度。本文较详细地介绍了工程概况和半逆筑法施工特点以及地下连续墙、钻孔灌注桩和钢管桩、地基加固、端头井内部结构等施工技术。Half bottom ?up' construction technology and various optimized measures were successfully adopted at Jing Ansi Station of Shanghai Subway No. 2 Line. It can greatly reduce project cost and speed up construction progress. This paper introduces in details the project outline, construction characters and some other construction methods such as diaphragm wall, bored pile, steel pipe pile, foundation consolida-tion and inner structure of end shaft etc.
