摘 要:激烈的市场竞争带动产品供应链分工与协同的进化。供应商的作用不再只是负责零部件生产制造或物料供应。而是要参与产品协同开发、承担更多产品设计与创新的责任,因此供应链协同产品开发对供应商及企业供应链管理提出了新的要求。提出基于PSDM的产品协同开发的供应商绩效考核方法:先是通过产品结构定义矩阵PSDM,并结合给出的绩效考核指标体系,给出了供应商绩效考核的过程和方法。最后给出了参与数控机床研发的供应商绩效考核的实例。Highly competitive market facilitates the evolution of supply chain division and coordination. The supplier's role is not only responsible for manufacturing parts or supplying materials, but also to participate in collaborative product development and to take more responsibility for product design and innovation. Therefore, how to manage the supply chain in new product collaborative development becomes a new crucial issue. With the product structure define matrix (PSDM) and the defined index system, the supplier's evaluation process and algorithm are proposed .Finally, an example of supplier performance evaluation in new CNC machine development is given.
