透视下局部数字点片摄影在肋骨骨折中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨透视下局部数字点片摄影在肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法对我科60例肋骨骨折患者X线平片和透视下局部肋骨数字点片诊断进行分析与回顾。结果60例患者中X线平片检查发现26例肋骨骨折;数字胃肠机透视下发现多发肋骨骨折34例,占56.7%,其原因归结为发生肋骨骨折的部位特殊、重叠的组织多,少数为平片条件所限、责任心不强等难以确诊。结论为提高X线平片在胸部外伤中对肋骨骨折诊断的准确率,要根据患者的实际情况,采用透视下局部数字点片摄影与X线平片相结合的方法,可以大大提高对肋骨骨折的检出率。Objective： To investigate the value of rotational digital photography in rib fracture.Methods： The X-ray films and digital spot films of Local rib under fluoroscopy of 60 cases with rib fracture were analyzed.Results： 60 cases with X-ray examination revealed 26 cases of fracture,34 cases（56.7%） of multiple rib fractures were found by gastrointestinal perspective,which attributed to a rib fracture in the special position and the overlapping organizations.The failure of diagnosis was due to the limitation of ray film.Conclusion： In order to enhance the accuracy of X-ray in the diagnosis of the rib fracture in chest injury,according to the actual situation of patients,the combination of methods of the local perspective,film photography and digital X-ray can greatly improve the detection rate of rib fracture.
