摘 要:鸳鸯湖矿区以不粘煤为主,长焰煤次之,是良好的煤化工和动力用煤。从煤岩特征,煤的筛分、浮沉、煤及矸石的泥化程度试验等方面,对矿区及各井田煤的可选性特征进行了研究,研究表明:清水营井田煤中粘土类矿物较多,可选性较差,其它井田可选性相对较好;矿区煤中粘土矿物多呈细胞充填状,惰质组含量较高,难选出灰分很低的煤;当浮煤灰分控制在6.00%~11.00%,浮煤产率大于80%,煤为中等可选—易选;煤遇水易泥化,矸石为高泥化程度。研究结果可为煤的洗选工艺设计提供依据。Coal ranks in the Yuanyanghu mine area are mainly non-caking coal, long flame coal the second, all good coals for coal chemical industry, and power plant. From coal petrology characteristics, screening, float-and-sink analysis, coal and gangue degradation in water testing, studied the coal washability characteristics in the mine area and each minefield. The study demonstrated that: there are many clay minerals in coal in the Qingshuiying minefield, thus washability is poor, while coals in other minefields have better washability; mine area clay minerals in coal mainly appear as cell packing, with higher inertinite content, hard to wash out coals with very low ash content; when the ash content of float product is controlled within 6.00%-11.00%, float coal yield can be more than 80%, thus medium to easy washable; coal is easy degradable in water, while gangues are highly degraded. The findings can be the basis of coal washing technological design.
