摘　　要：通过对中华人民共和国行业标准JTG F80/2-2004《公路工程质量检验评定标准》(第二册机电工程)中部分条文的解读,阐述标准中规定的传输通道指标的含义以及这些指标对视频图像质量的影响,对于理解和贯彻执行该标准具有一定的指导作用。Through interpreting some items of ＂Highway Engineering Quality Test and Assessment Standard Volume 2 Electromechanical Engineering＂（JTG F80/2-2004）, which is an industry standard, the meanings of transmission channels indexes defined in the standard and the impact of the indexes on the quality of video image are expatiated on, which has a certain of guidance meaning to understanding and implementing the standard.
